In individual therapy, clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, and work collaboratively to reach the client's goals. We work from an eclectic approach, utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies.
Sessions are 45 minutes and occur weekly until you and your therapist decide on decreasing the frequency of your sessions.
